Wind Point is located in a regional trade corridor on Randall Road (40,000 vpd). Other retailers in this corridor include Target, Walmart, Burlington, Fresh Thyme, Best Buy, Ross, Home Depot, and others. Demographics in the area are strong with 112,000 people living in a 5 mile radius earning average incomes of $127,000. 

 

PMAT was able to acquire this center at below replacement cost ( $75/SF) with great in-place yield and awesome value-add opportunities. Kohl's or the outparcels can be sold off separately and two new outparcels can be developed. Within a few weeks of acquisition, PMAT had generated several LOIs from new tenants!
