What type of retail?

The type of retail is classified as Select-Open-Air-Retail (SOAR) which could consist of 60,000 to 800,000 Square Foot shopping centers and any deal size from $5,000,000 to $100,000,000 specifically across the Southeast, Sunbelt, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Stabilized or Value-Add?

For the vast majority of our deals, we focus on value-add shopping centers, which offer ways for us to create value through spin-offs, leasing, renovation, or expansion. We would never say 'no' to the right offer on a more stabilized asset.
